Year 6

Welcome to Year 6

Welcome to the Year 6 Class Page, your final and most significant year with us. It's bittersweet, but we'll make it an incredibly exciting one.  I'll be your Year 6 Teacher until it's time for you to embark on your journey to high school.  We have a jam-packed year ahead, covering various engaging topics, gearing up for SATs in May, and planning an unforgettable Residential Trip in June.  Your full focus and determination are vital as we strive for the best possible results, setting a strong foundation for your secondary school adventure.  We will be by your side, providing support, guidance, and addressing any non-academic concerns you may have too.  Let's make this year extraordinary and create lasting memories together!

Parents and carers, rest assured that we've got you covered.  Our class page is designed with you in mind, making it easy to stay connected and engaged in your child's education.  We've organised it into three simple sections.  Firstly, this page is a hub of valuable information for the entire school year, ensuring you're always up-to-date.  Next, the 'In Class' section is where you'll discover all the wonderful things we'll be learning and exploring together in the classroom.  And last but certainly not least, the 'At Home' area is filled with a treasure trove of helpful guides, advice, materials, and resources that you can use during those special moments of learning at home.

We are excited for the incredible journey ahead and look forward to sharing many joyful and enlightening experiences with your child.  Together, we will make this final year in Year 6 truly remarkable!
