Path leading to the Parents' Car Park

Welcome to our vast outdoor spaces, where the joys of play and adventure await our children.

These grounds are filled with opportunities for laughter, exploration, and boundless fun.

From our open playing fields to the bustling yard and various outdoor play areas, we offer a diverse range of activities to cater to every child's interests.

Our obstacle courses and climbing frames challenge their physical abilities, while the picnic benches provide cosy spots for shared moments and socialising.

We also understand the importance of tranquility; providing calm areas where children can unwind and find solace amidst the energetic atmosphere.

We believe that play is not just a break from work, but an integral part of a child's development, fostering imagination, social skills, and overall well-being.  Lifelong memories are made in the playground!

View of parents car parkWe provide a dedicated car park for our parents that can accommodate plenty of cars, accessible from Helmshore Road.

From the parents' car park, follow the path that leads up past St Veronica's hall and through the side gate.  The main entrance and reception area are located directly in front of you, offering easy access and a convenient drop-off point for your child.

On your walk from the car park to the school you will find St Veronica's hall, a hub of activity and a space where memories are made.  Beyond the hall, we have more green space, which together with the hall, serve as a gathering place for the local village community.  From festive celebrations to community events, our school opens its doors and extends a warm welcome to everyone, playing an integral role in fostering a sense of togetherness and belonging.  At St Veronica's, we take pride in being an active and cherished part of our vibrant community.
