WELCOME (COME)
Our school is a place where visitors receive the warmest welcome and feel valued and respected.
At St Veronica's we welcome everyone in God's name, as God's children. We try hard to include everyone within our community and celebrate who they are and where they come from. We look after and respect each other like God asked us to, which promotes a mutual respect to build self esteem and a sense of community as part of Gods Kingdom.
We have been learning about other faiths in RE. To help us learn more we invited someone from the Islamic community to talk to us about Islam.
A local member of the Islamic community was invited to come and speak to the children.
St Veronica's children welcome and celebrate Chinese New Year
Y6 children welcome the new reception children by helping them with their lunch.
