Doodlemaths and DoodleEnglish

All children in Years 1 to Years 6 now have an account on this amazing maths app.  As of Thursday 25th April these accounts now can also be used to use Doodle English, Doodle Spell and Doodle Tables.  All are available from your preferred app store.

The PDF document below provides additional help in setting up and starting to use the apps.

Hello Year 4 children,

I hope you are all keeping safe and healthy.

We are now beginning the Summer Term and your learning needs to keep going, you still need to make progress and work hard even though you are learning from home.

Every week throughout the Summer term I will add new learning tasks to the website, I will be adding the following every week:

  • some maths work
  • some reading work
  • a writing task
  • a spelling test
  • a grammar task
  • some science work
  • some topic work
  • an RE task

It would be great if you could complete as much as possible of these tasks.  Your parents will guide you and help you decide which ones to do if you can’t complete them all.

Don’t worry if you don’t get through all the tasks – there is a lot of them – just try your best.  It would be better to do all of one task than some of lots of tasks.

I will look forward to hearing about your Summer Term learning, your parents can email me any work you would like me to see.

Keep working hard Year 4.  I miss you all lots.

Mrs Cawtherley x
